Please arrive in advance to ensure a smooth experience:
– 25 minutes earlier at the harbour entrance
– 15 minutes earlier at the jetty/berth
You’ll receive a life jacket and a short safety briefing before the ride. Make sure to wear water-friendly clothing, as splashes are part of the fun! All shoes must be left at the dock.
Each Jet Car has a small waterproof compartment for essentials like your phone, but we recommend leaving valuables on land to avoid damage from vibration or water. Bags without valuables can also be safely left at the berth.

Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund or credit up to 24 hours before your booking.
We also offer full refunds if we cancel due to bad weather or unforeseen conditions.
