Booking
What's your cancellation & bad-weather policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time — you get a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or unsafe sea conditions you are never charged a cancellation fee: we reschedule you at no cost, or refund you in full where rescheduling is not possible.
Safety
Do I need a license or any experience?
No license is needed for most activities. Jet skis and self-drive boats include a short on-water safety brief from your captain before you set off — no prior experience required.
Are your activities suitable for kids and families?
Yes. The minimum age to take part in any of our activities is 6 years completed. Child- and family-sized life jackets are provided, and our captains are experienced with younger riders. Please share everyone's age at booking so we can prepare the right gear.
On the day
What should I bring and wear?
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and sunglasses. We provide life jackets and all safety equipment. Bring a waterproof phone case if you want photos on the water.
Where do you operate from?
Our two live bases are Dubai Marina Harbour and the Fishing Harbour, with more locations opening across Dubai soon.
Payments
What's included in the price?
Fuel for the planned route, a private safety brief, life jackets and safety equipment, bottled water, and a Bluetooth speaker on board. No hidden surcharges.
